Cascadia Courts is planned as a year-round conditioned-space indoor pickleball and hospitality destination integrated into the Suncadia Resort community. The project contemplates approximately 45,600 square feet of indoor space on 4.32 acres collectively owned by Cascadia Courts LLC.
The concept is designed around a woodsy-modern resort aesthetic with heavy timber, stone and basalt accents, blackened steel, generous glazing, and conditioned indoor court structures that maintain the outdoor recreation character of Suncadia while providing reliable all-season play.
Every detail of the campus has been designed to honor the landscape — a sense of place that no urban facility can replicate, and a club that will define recreational culture in the Pacific Northwest for decades to come.

Three large enclosed arched-truss court buildings house 12 tournament-grade pickleball courts — all conditioned for year-round play. The structures are designed to maintain the outdoor recreation character of Suncadia while delivering reliable all-season performance.

The Path to Opening
Pre-Development & Planning
Contracts, legal documentation, enterprise planning, pre-development coordination, and project launch planning.
Entitlement & First Court Building
Entitlement, signage, site improvements, and construction of the HOA office and first court building.
Site Infrastructure & Concourse
Paving, landscape improvements, parking and site circulation, and start of the main Commons/Concourse Building.
Main Campus Construction
Construct the main Commons/Concourse Building, Court Buildings 2 and 3, and the Fitness Center.
Finish & Grand Opening
Buildout, punch list, plumbing and electrical finishes, cabinetry, FF&E, operational readiness, and final project completion.
